Facing Cancer Again: How I’m Staying Grounded This Time

If you're here, you're likely sensing that this isn't just a collection of videos. It's not a promotional piece, but it's my opportunity to share a window into a season of my life that's unfolding in real time, one that includes uncertainty, vulnerability, and also a deep commitment to stand present, connected and grounded. And an easier way for me to stay grounded is to feel connected.

I talk a lot about secure attachment styles and style in my relationship culture and practice. And the best way to stay self-related is to be

co-regulated. To not let fear take over my relationship and to not let fear take over my sense of meaning or self-worth or self-esteem or even my identity. Been there, done that twice with two different answers. So you're welcome to walk alongside me here in whatever way feels right to you. You might just watch quietly and simply reflect on my journey.

You might leave a comment, just share what resonated or what you're carrying. Well, you might show your own story of navigating illness, crises, conflict, caregiving, or uncertainty. I can honestly say you're not alone though. If you like prayers, encouragement, or simply to be witnessed, you're welcome to say so, about you to retail and schedule a time with me. Sometimes what helps the most is it advice or fixing. It's just being heard. And be reminded that your nervous system doesn't have to everything to itself.

Thank you for listening to me and letting me share and feel connected to you with you. And thank you for being here and meeting this season with a beautiful care that you have. With curiosity and also with compassion. Thank you for following my journal and there's more to come.
